To explore the trails through Deepwater National Park you will need a 4x4.
There are a few camping sites in the park, which need to be booked online in advance - and being small camp sites in a popular area, you may need to book well in advance to ensure you have a spot to stay the night.
The roads through the park are for the most part sand, but I didn't bother to deflate my tyres and had no issues with any of the trails.
The tree branches meet over the tracks in many places and the forest to either side is quite dense. & lush.
I loved driving through this park and enjoyed the say spent hanging out on the beach, it would be quite easy to spend a few days here.

And look at how beautiful the beaches in the park are!
Seeing quite a few dog like foot prints
in the sand on the tracks and beach
I assumed there were a log of small
dingo's in the park, until I saw this sign.
So, not small dingo prints, but Fox prints.
I did not see any foxes myself but the poison was not very effective as there were a lot of very fresh fox prints in the fresh morning sand on the beach.
Sadly, I have lost all my video footage from the park and am unable to share the sounds of the park with you.
Do I recommend visiting Deepwater National Park?
Yes.
If you have a 4x4 and are visiting Agnes Waters of 1770 it is well worth the time to head to Deepwater for the day, or to camp the night.
